Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field and completion of an accredited Ultrasound program.
• Registered or registry eligible by ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing Int CCI.
• CPR certification required.
• Must maintain active registry status.

Responsibilities

• Provides for patient comfort and arranges equipment for procedures.
• Interacts with patients and verifies patient identity.
• Executes echocardiography studies including M-mode, 2D, Doppler and TEE as indicated.
• Documents echocardiograms and enters pertinent data.
• Ensures equipment safety and proper function; reports any breakdowns.
