Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Cardiac Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology program (CAAHEP-accredited).
• Must hold or obtain RDCS or RCS certification as noted, within 90 days of employment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiography including contrast and pharmacologic/stress testing as needed.
• Select appropriate transducers and acquire images for diagnosis.
• Prepare preliminary and final reports for cardiology staff inclusion in patient records.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in reporting.
