Job summary

Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR is seeking an Echocardiograph Technologist for per diem/day shift. You will perform cardiac ultrasound examinations according to physician orders, using a variety of advanced ultrasound equipment and a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Qualifications

• Oregon Sonographer certification required at hire.
• National Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCCI) or National Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (CCCI) or NRDCS (ARDMS) at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac ultrasound examinations per physician orders using advanced ultrasound equipment.
• Assist physicians with invasive echocardiography procedures (e.g., TEE, echo-guided procedures).
• Modify procedures to meet special circumstances and provide clinically useful information.
