Job summary

Montclair Speech Therapy (MST) is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) on a per diem basis to supervise therapists and RBTs in Montclair, NJ. The role focuses on delivering and overseeing ABA-based treatment for neurodiverse clients and ensuring high-quality supervision across programming and staff development.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA or BCaBA Certification in good standing is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapists and RBTs.
• Provide and oversee the treatment of clients with Neurodiverse individuals.
• Develop behavior plans and treatment plans for clients.
• Train and mentor direct support professionals and ABA implementers.
• Maintain a data collection system and analyze data to guide programming.
• Enter session notes within 72 hours and ensure timely documentation.
