Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to clients with ASD and related developmental disabilities. You will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans, collaborate with families, and provide training and support to caregivers in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related disabilities.
• Provide ABA therapy in-home and in-community settings as assigned.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including families and caregivers.
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and monitor progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
