Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center is seeking dedicated BCBAs for per diem roles with flexible scheduling and caseload size determined by you. The position offers $70.00 per hour plus paid non-billable time, mentorship, and ongoing clinical collaboration with a supportive team.

You will work in home and center settings, providing assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and family education, while choosing a schedule that fits your goals and availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility is required.
• Experience providing ABA services across home, clinic, or community settings.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical, assent based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments for referred clients.
• Develop and revise individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to support staff.
• Monitor client progress with data analysis and ongoing assessment.
• Complete documentation in line with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Educate families using compassionate, assent based ABA practices.
• Maintain open communication with families via supervision, email, and phone.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support client outcomes.
