Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem work with flexible hours and clinical autonomy. You’ll have the freedom to choose cases and set a schedule that fits your life while receiving strong operational and clinical support.

As part of the role, you’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person services.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and ongoing guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and make clinically appropriate programming adjustments.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure services remain compliant with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and applicable state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services.
