Job summary

As a waitstaff member, you will set up and break down event spaces, provide banquet and catering service, and deliver excellent guest experiences. Prior banquet or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces, including catering stations, chafing dishes, table settings, linens, and other event equipment.
• Provide professional food and beverage service, primarily in banquet and buffet-style settings, with occasional plated table service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas throughout events.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, courteous, and attentive attitude.
• Assist with post-event cleanup and ensure event spaces are returned to their original condition.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and management direction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
