Role Description
Mosaic is looking to hire a contract attorney for conservatorship, probate, and trust administration cases.We may also need help with other areas of law, including business/corporate law, alcoholicbeverage law, intellectual property law, real property law, and civil litigation.The work can be fullyremotebut we would like the attorney to make appearances, when necessary via court call, video, or in person. The primary courts are Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo, San Francisco, San Joaquin,Sacramento, and SonomaCounties.
We have alot of casesand need help immediately. The hours would be roughly 20 hours a week with the possibility to transition to full time depending on theworkload. Rate is $75 per hour and to start ASAP.
Qualifications
We prefer someone in theSan Francisco Bay Areathat could meet once per week to pick up case files if needed. The attorney must be licensed in CA and must have some experience with standard conservatorships, trust administration, and probate cases. Someone with litigation experience in these areasand Spanish language skillswould be a plus.Experience withbusiness/corporate law, alcoholic beverage law, intellectual property law, real property law, and civil litigation are also a plus.
