Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem athletic training coverage as needed to support team operations and athlete care.
• Perform comprehensive injury assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical examination techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for injured athletes.
• Provide immediate emergency medical care and injury management per established protocols.
• Collaborate with team physicians, coaching staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure athlete health and safety.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation for all evaluations and treatments.
• Design and implement injury prevention programs and conditioning protocols to enhance performance and reduce risk.
• Educate athletes on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and return-to-play guidelines.
• Manage athletic training equipment, supplies, and facilities to meet safety standards.
• Monitor athlete health status and provide ongoing support during practices and events.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
