SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in New York invites applications for an hourly/per diem General Anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesiology. You will administer anesthesia in the general operating room and obstetrical suite and contribute to resident education.

The role includes clinical OR supervision for residents and medical students, mentoring in the operating room, and on-call duties across general OR, OB, and ambulatory settings.

Responsabilités

• Administer anesthesia to patients using general, regional, or sedation techniques in general operating room and obstetrical suites.
• Participate in clinical operating room supervision for residents and medical students as required by the department.
• Mentor residents and medical students in the operating room.
• Perform on-call assignments across general operating room, OB, and ambulatory coverage.
• Meet call commitments as needed and/or required.
