Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years direct face-to-face customer service experience.
• 1+ years cash handling or collections experience.
• 1+ years KSC ASR I with 6 months ASR II cross-training and Epic Front Desk training completion.
• 1+ years KSC CBO, Managed Care or Contact Center experience.
• 6+ months experience in a customer facing role in medical office/healthcare.
• Experience with Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Basic Math ability.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal/health information.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out, including registration and cashiering.
