Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service in healthcare is preferred.
• Cash handling or payments collection experience is required.
• Experience with Epic Front Desk or EMR systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and guests.
• Assist with front desk operations to process patients quickly and accurately.
• Handle check-in/check-out and insurance information within the Epic system.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and payments; issue receipts.
• Support PBX operations by routing calls and informing patients of wait times.
