Job summary

Centurion seeks a Per-diem Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for the Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Center (BCBIC) in Baltimore, Maryland. PRN covering Weekends and Night Shifts.

The NP operates under physician supervision in a correctional setting, performing assessments, diagnoses, and medication management. Must hold an active Maryland APRN license with ANCC or AANP certification, pass a background check, and have at least 2 years of NP experience plus DEA and CDS registrations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland APRN license.
• ANCC or AANP Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Ability to pass background check.
• 2+ years’ experience working as an NP.
• DEA registration and State CDS registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of health care and patient care management.
