• Provides additional evaluation/consultation as deemed necessary (e.g., psychiatric assessment).
• Accepts phone calls; responds timely to messages.
• Ensures smooth transition of admission process; follows policies; provides information and consultations; redirects when needed.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards patient/employee information.
• Adapts to scheduling changes with a positive attitude and flexibility in duties.
• Attends required in-services and updates Infection Control and Administrative policies and procedures.
