Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dependable Activities Assistant (Per Diem) to provide coverage on an as-needed basis. The role supports resident engagement, well-being, and enjoyment through organized activities and friendly interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED is required.
• Creativity and self-motivation are important.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia and special needs is a plus.
• Flexible with schedule; evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group activities.
• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance.
• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized.
• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities.
• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties.
