Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Lead Learning Designer to orchestrate all phases of internal learning program development and guide a team of designers. You will set quarterly and yearly goals, forecast budgets, and implement learning strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

You will collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure training materials meet compliance, deploy scalable programs, and mentor employees through career pathways.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience and 5+ years instructional design or corporate training.
• Hands-on LMS experience and expertise in blended learning solutions.
• Experience in regulated industries, ideally medical devices, and global audiences.
