Job summary

Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, transforming how care is delivered for millions of patients worldwide. The Learning Content Specialist will develop and implement learning programs, collaborating with SMEs to create content and manage deliverables.

You will deliver training across Intuitive platforms, apply adult learning principles, and drive design improvements through evaluation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Experience designing eLearning, ILT, and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and content QA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop or update learning content.
• Develop and manage project deliverables for on-time delivery.
• Deliver training for Human Factors usability evaluations and train-the-trainers.
• Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables.
• Partner with LMS admins to implement training content on Intuitive platforms.
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative/quantitative methods.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and present to stakeholders.
