The Director of the Pep Band is a part‑time position that is vital to creating the spirited, energetic atmosphere that defines Le Moyne's athletic events - especially at home men's and women's basketball games and other major college functions. Post-season travel is to be expected in the event that any college team is selected for conference and NCAA tournaments. The Director will play a key role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for student musicians, ensuring that all members feel valued and supported in their musical and personal growth. This is a part time 12‑month position working 20 hours per week. This position has primary reporting to the Music Program Director and secondary reporting to the Athletics Director/AVP, Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation.
