Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer for a full-time, remote role within the United States. The candidate will design, develop, and support customizations and integrations for enterprise PeopleSoft applications, including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.

Ideal applicants have 6+ years of PeopleSoft development, hands-on PeopleTools/PeopleCode, and experience with Application Engine, Integration Broker, and SQR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Application Engine, ComponentInterfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with PeopleSoft data model.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications (HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements and ensure code meets enterprise standards.
• Partner with functional consultants to validate solutions and document changes.
• Maintain and upgrade PeopleTools components and integrations across modules.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
• Exposure to Fluid UI development.
• Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft integrations.
