Job summary

Davis Unlimited Information Technologies, Inc (DUIT) is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Security and Campus Solutions SME to help a large public university migrate from PeopleSoft to Workday and Microsoft Entra ID. You will map identity flags, plan a safe cutover, and ensure secure provisioning across systems.

We value 7+ years of PeopleSoft experience with security administration, strong PeopleTools knowledge, and hands-on Campus Solutions in higher education.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including at least 3 years in PeopleSoft security administration.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a higher-education setting.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools security (user profiles, roles, permission lists, row-level security) and Integration Broker.
• Ability to read PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQL to trace data flows.

Responsibilities

• Inventory PeopleSoft identity flags, personas, user profiles, permission lists, roles, and population or service indicators.
• Trace how those flags feed downstream systems through Application Engine programs, Integration Broker, queries, interfaces, and scripts.
• Identify the service accounts and integration credentials PeopleSoft interfaces depend on.
• Define the attributes that must replace each flag in the future state and document gaps.
• Help design parallel-run testing, cutover, rollback, and decommissioning plans.
• Work with application owners and administrators to confirm dependencies.
• Inventory PeopleSoft identity flags, personas, user profiles, permission lists, roles, and population or service indicators.

Qualifications You Will Bring:

Minimum Required:

Preferred:

• Experience with a PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration or a PeopleSoft decommissioning effort.
• PeopleSoft HCM or Financials security experience in addition to Campus Solutions.
• Experience with identity provisioning from student information systems.
