Job summary

SVAM International Inc. is looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator based in New York, NY. This role involves configuring and maintaining security for various PeopleSoft modules, including HR and Payroll, with a focus on delivering strong user access management.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM and is well-versed in security configurations and documentation. The position is a long-term contract of 12 months with the potential to extend.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM).
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
• Good knowledge of Oracle 19 or later database versions.

Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator

Location: New York, NY 10004 – Fully Onsite

Duration: 12+ months Long Term Contract (Potential to Extend for Multiple)

Responsibilities

• Configure, recommend and fix existing security definitions based on defined user access requirements.
• Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security.
• Configure and maintain security for HR, Payroll, Benefit modules at different levels.
• Maintain and define Peoplesoft 9.2 Fluid security.
• Migrate projects and security elements/objects into multiple environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM).
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
• Experience with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems.
• 5+ years solid experience implementing and supporting User profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Row level security, Dynamic Security, Structure & Content, Application security, Projects security, Department Tree security, People Tolls security, Process Group security, Query security, User preferences.
• Good knowledge of Oracle 19 or later database versions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Excellent technical documentation skills.
• Strong team contributor, self-motivated, and business oriented.
• Self-motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from beginning to end.
