Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on PeopleSoft payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, garnishments, union payroll, PTO, retiree payments, and special payroll transactions.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and quarter-end activities.
• Self-starter with ability to identify resources, troubleshoot issues, and move projects forward with minimal cross-training.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
