Job summary

Genius Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) seeks an experienced PeopleSoft Lead Developer to support World Bank IFC initiatives.

You will design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft solutions with emphasis on Fluid UI, PeopleTools, integrations, and HCM 9.2. The ideal candidate has deep PeopleSoft development expertise, collaborates with technical leads and stakeholders, and delivers scalable enterprise solutions across global environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of PeopleSoft development experience; overall 10 years preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of PeopleSoft Fluid UI development experience; overall 10 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Expertise in Fluid technologies including Activity Guides, Work Centers, Page Field Configurator, Event Mapping, Open Search, and Search Configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools 8.56+, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Package, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Develop and maintain Fluid UI homepages, responsive pages, navigation collections, work centers, and activity guides.
• Implement Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Field Configurator, Open Search, and Search Configuration functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and third‑party applications using Integration Broker, APIs, Web Services, and file‑based interfaces.
• Support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules, including Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
• Create technical design documentation, test plans, and test cases.
• Provide support during UAT, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Participate in recurring status meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership.
