Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Lead Developer to support World Bank IFC initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and implementing PeopleSoft solutions with strong emphasis on PeopleTools, Fluid UI, integrations, and HCM 9.2 capabilities.

The ideal candidate has deep PeopleSoft development expertise and will collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
• 3+ years of PeopleSoft Fluid UI development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.56+ and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Integration Broker, SQR, and Fluid technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft solutions using relevant tools.
• Develop Fluid UI homepages, navigation collections, work centers, and activity guides.
• Implement Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Field Configurator, Open Search, and Search Configuration.
• Build integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party apps via API, Web Services, and file interfaces.
• Support HCM 9.2 modules: Workforce Administration, Compensation, Benefits.
• Create technical design docs, test plans, and test cases; participate in UAT.
• Troubleshoot defects and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and business users to meet timelines.
• Participate in status meetings and report progress to leadership.

• Build and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party applications using Integration Broker, APIs, Web Services, and file-based interfaces.
• Support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules, including Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration.
• Create technical design documentation, test plans, and test cases.
• Provide support during UAT, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Participate in recurring status meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership.
