Job summary
Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) Information Technology Services (ITS) seeks an experienced IT Manager, PeopleSoft Development. You will lead the PeopleSoft development team, guide architectural design, and oversee production support, upgrades, and enhancements across Campus Solutions, HCM, FMS, and Oracle SaaS EPM.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology or directly related field with five (5) years professional experience, including two (2) years supervisory.
- Experience leading and managing large-scale PeopleSoft upgrades, implementations, or integrations.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft PeopleTools, Architecture, APIs, and integration with external systems.
- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, reviews, and evaluates staff; supports professional growth and mentors junior developers.
- Oversees day-to-day development and support of Maricopa's ERP; collaborates with functional and development teams on implementation.
- Acts as technical lead/solutions architect for PeopleSoft integrations and upgrades across platforms.
- Leads projects related to PeopleSoft applications and external vendor integrations; primary technical contact.
- Researches industry best practices and emerging technologies; participates in meetings as needed.
