Job Description

Do you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams of business partners and other stakeholders to solve challenging problems and maximize productivity? If so, MillenniumSoft Inc has a great contract position for a PeopleSoft Business Analyst within our HR System Operations team.

Position Details

• Title: PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst
• Location: Murray Hill, NJ
• Duration: 8 Months

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRIT team to configure, maintain, and support the PeopleSoft system under the direction of the HR Systems Manager.
• Support data mapping, setup, testing, and system integrations related to data conversion and M&A projects.
• Complete system configuration, security administration, and reporting tasks as assigned.
• Plan and execute unit, regression, integration, and acceptance testing for system changes.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst, with demonstrated technical systems analysis in a company of similar size and complexity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1/Human Capital Management processes, especially Benefits and Payroll (US).
• Knowledge of IT/system change management and configuration management best practices.
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and database skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
