This remote freelance role involves end-to-end payroll configuration, testing, and integrations with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PeopleSoft HCM functional work, strong Payroll & Benefits expertise, and experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, and payroll interfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Hands-on PeopleSoft HCM Functional experience with Payroll and Benefits.
• Experience with North America and Global payroll contexts.
• Strong understanding of payroll business processes and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze Payroll & Benefits requirements with business stakeholders.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Handle payroll processing, pay calculations, retro processing, off-cycle payroll, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Work on North America Payroll and/or Global Payroll based on project requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and configuration documentation.
• Support payroll interfaces and third-party benefit/vendor integrations.

Role Overview
