Good Understanding of Payee Data, Absence and Payroll Processing, Taxes, Year-End Processes, Time and Labor delivered integration with payroll, Elements (Earnings, Deductions, Accumulators, Arrays, Components, Durations Formulas, Variables, etc.), Absence Elements, Payslips, Reports, Banking, Social Security, Loans, Terminations, Pension plans.
Business Requirements Mapping for HCM Payroll modules
Designing developments required according to fit gap analysis
Testing modules’ setup for inconsistencies and missing steps - Test scripts and Users Acceptance Test (UAT)
Setup of PeopleSoft NA Payroll module
Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels and having excellent communication skills.
