Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft Developer II to join our Technology team.

You will develop, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications in an Oracle environment, covering HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, eBenefits, and Self Service modules. You’ll work through the full development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to translate processes into functional specs and technical designs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications.
Experience with PeopleTools 8.60 or later.
Experience with Oracle or a comparable relational database platform.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for PeopleSoft HCM applications in an Oracle environment.
Develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft applications, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
Partner with end users to investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
