Job summary

The Britton Group is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support the deployment and sustainment of a new PeopleSoft HCM environment for an Intelligence Community customer. You will focus on technical development, configuration, and customization of PeopleSoft to support enterprise workforce management.

Initial work centers on the PeopleSoft HCM suite, with opportunities to leverage broader PeopleTools development across other modules in a secure, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing or supporting PeopleSoft environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph or willingness to obtain; polygraph flexibility considered for FSP.
• Experience with PeopleSoft development tools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, SQL).
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft implementation, upgrades, or operations and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM functionality using PeopleTools and related development technologies.
• Design and implement system components using Application Designer, SQR, PeopleCode, and SQL.
• Support installation, configuration, and deployment of a new PeopleSoft HCM environment.
• Develop custom objects, reports, and integrations to support mission requirements.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, application developers, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system operations.

The Opportunity

The Britton Group is seeking aPeopleSoft HCM Developerto support the deployment and sustainment of a newPeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)environment for an Intelligence Community customer.

This role focuses on thetechnical development, configuration, and customizationof the PeopleSoft platform to support enterprise workforce management capabilities. The selected candidate will assist in theinstallation, configuration, and deployment of a new PeopleSoft HCM implementation, while collaborating with engineers, developers, and mission stakeholders in a secure, agile environment.

While the initial focus of this effort is thePeopleSoft HCM suite, candidates with broaderPeopleTools development and PeopleSoft platform experienceacross other modules are strongly encouraged to apply.

This position requires a technically skilled developer capable of translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhancePeopleSoft HCM functionalityusingPeopleTools and related development technologies
• Design and implement system components usingApplication Designer, SQR, PeopleCode, and SQL
• Support theinstallation, configuration, and deploymentof a new PeopleSoft HCM environment
• Develop custom objects, reports, and integrations to support mission and business requirements
• Document system designs, technical configurations, and development activities
• Collaborate withcloud engineers, application developers, and cybersecurity teamsto ensure secure and reliable system operations
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to improve system performance and stability
• Support system testing, debugging, and deployment activities in an agile development environment
• Work with stakeholders and end users to understand technical requirements and translate them into system capabilities
• Recommendbest practices for PeopleSoft development, customization, and platform maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, with the ability to obtain an FSP, will also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• 3+ years of experiencedeveloping or supporting PeopleSoft environments (multiple experience levels may be considered)
• Experience withPeopleSoft development tools, including:
• Application Designer
• PeopleCode
• SQR
• SQL / SQL Developer
• Experience supportingPeopleSoft implementation, upgrades, or operations and maintenance activities
• Experience configuring or developing withinPeopleSoft or comparable Oracle enterprise platforms

Desired Experience

• Experience supportingPeopleSoft HCM modules
• Familiarity withPeopleSoft integrations, reporting tools, and data management
• Experience working inAgile or DevSecOps environments
• Experience supportingsecure federal or Intelligence Community programs
