Job summary

A leading IT services provider is seeking a Peoplesoft HCM Benefits Functional consultant for a 6-month project in Cherry Hill, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of PeopleSoft experience, specifically with the 9.2 upgrade and strong knowledge in HRMS modules. Responsibilities include providing functional consulting, supporting system development, and ensuring integration into existing business environments. This role is focused on optimizing efficiency and reporting progress to project leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience is required.
• Expert knowledge in HCM v9.2 including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Fluid and/or Benefits Administration.
• Solid understanding of PeopleSoft v9.2 processing for Benefits Administration, Payroll and/or Time and Labor.

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services as a subject matter expert.
• Support the entire system development lifecycle for the PeopleSoft upgrade.
• Advise on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.
