DXC Technology Company is seeking a strategic Senior PeopleSoft HCM Architect in the Crystal City/Arlington area to lead modernization efforts and bridge traditional HR systems with modern cloud-based ecosystems. You will drive architecture decisions and collaborate with executive stakeholders.

The role requires proven experience in modernization, cloud migration (OCI), and HR process optimization, with strong leadership across cross-functional teams and a focus on security and data governance.

competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $115,100 - $213,700.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
