Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a strategic architect to bridge traditional PeopleSoft HCM with modern cloud HR ecosystems. You will lead architecture, modernization, OCI migration, and governance across enterprise HR technologies.

You will partner with HR, payroll, and finance leadership, defining future-state architectures, enabling analytics, and guiding transformation roadmaps. Strong executive communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience; 5+ years in architecture leadership.
• Experience with enterprise modernization and cloud transformation.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale HR technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture leadership across the enterprise.
• Define enterprise HCM architecture standards, governance, and security.
• Develop modernization roadmaps and cloud-first transformation plans.
• Design cloud migration strategies and high-availability architectures.
• Create API-first integration strategies for HCM systems.
• Engage stakeholders and present transformation roadmaps to executives.
