Job summary
DXC Technology is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Architect to lead modernization efforts and drive cloud-based transformations for HR systems. The role focuses on architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of enterprise-wide HCM modernization roadmaps.
The ideal candidate will bridge traditional PeopleSoft environments with modern cloud-based HR ecosystems, overseeing governance, data management, and integration strategies across ERP, identity, and analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
- 5+ years of architecture leadership experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise modernization or cloud transformation experience.
- Experience leading large-scale HCM transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting complex HR and payroll environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead as the principal architect for PeopleSoft HCM solutions across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Administration and more.
- Define enterprise HCM architecture standards and governance.
- Guide modernization roadmaps, cloud migration strategies, and future-state architectures.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance and leadership to align modernization objectives.
- Mentor teams and establish architecture governance boards.
