The role requires extensive PeopleSoft HCM experience, cloud migration expertise, and strong governance across data security and integrations. On-site work at Cristal City, Arlington, VA is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• 5+ years of architecture leadership experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise modernization or cloud transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture for core HR, benefits, payroll, and workforce modules.
• Define and govern enterprise HCM architecture standards and integrations.
• Develop modernization roadmaps aligning with business transformation objectives.
• Evaluate modernization options including OCI migration and SaaS transformations.
• Lead API-first integration strategies and cloud-native design.
