Job summary

Inabia-Software- in Seattle seeks an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to support an AP Automation project for the City of Seattle. You will apply expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials (AP, PO, GL), perform data mapping, and collaborate with business stakeholders and QA teams to ensure accurate functionality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials.
• Strong understanding of AP, PO/Purchasing, and GL modules.
• Experience with data mapping, data flows, and functional troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting testing activities and resolving functional defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly understand existing system configurations and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, focusing on AP, PO, and GL modules.
• Perform data mapping and analyze data flows between PeopleSoft and integrated systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and integration-related issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and testing teams to validate functionality and resolve defects.
• Analyze existing PeopleSoft configurations and quickly adapt to the City's environment.
• Support functional testing, issue resolution, and business process improvements.
• Collaborate with project team members to complete assigned deliverables.
