The role centers on PeopleSoft Financials 9.2, AP and PO modules, and integration with an AI-enabled AP automation solution. You will gather requirements, write user stories, participate in functional testing/UAT, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional PeopleSoft Financials experience.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Purchasing/PO modules.
• Experience writing requirements and user stories, and with functional testing or UAT.
• Experience on implementation or integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional PeopleSoft Financials expert for the AP automation project.
• Gather and document business requirements, process flows and user stories.
• Support configuration and testing of the integration between the AP solution and PeopleSoft (vouchers, PO matching, vendors, payments).
• Lead or support functional testing and UAT, and track and resolve defects.
• Work with technical teams, AP business users and vendors; support training and go-live.
