What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide integration support for Time and Attendance systems and other enterprise applications
2. Assist in the implementation and upgrades of new releases for affiliate sites
3. Analyze and document technical specifications and configurations for systems
4. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to payroll processing and integrations
5. Monitor application policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. An Associate's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience
2. Ability to function in a fast-paced and challenging environment
3. Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders
4. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing functional support
5. Willingness to travel to different affiliates as needed
