Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Florida is seeking a Finance Shared Services Coordinator to support Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Financial Systems. You will collaborate with Corporate Finance leadership and multiple departments to optimize workflows, enhance internal controls, and drive continuous process improvements.

You will be a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft financial applications, reporting, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
Minimum of 2 years supporting financial systems, AP, Payroll, or Shared Services.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

Support Accounts Payable, Payroll, Financial Systems, and Shared Services functions.
Collaborate with Corporate Finance, HR, Treasury, Supply Chain, IS, and operations.
Promote best practices, internal controls, and process improvements.
Serve as SME for PeopleSoft financial applications, workflows, reporting, testing, and docs.
Lead payment modernization, payroll optimization, automation, and system implementations.
