Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst who will oversee small to mid-sized projects and collaborate with senior analysts, ERP & Business Systems Team Lead and manager to evaluate system options and drive process improvements.

You will design, configure, develop, and test medium-complexity reports, interfaces, and workflow components; document changes and coordinate testing with business partners to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a multi-entity health care system or similar large IT environment.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on systems development, implementation, analysis, design, and testing.
• Relational database understanding and knowledge of networks, servers, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage small to mid-size projects.
• Design, configure, develop, and test medium complexity reports and interfaces.
• Document, plan tests, obtain business approval, and manage change control.
• Collaborate with IS, ERP, and business partners to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
