Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Financials functional experience.
• Strong expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI).
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, receivables, payment processing, and financial processes.

• Provide hands-on functional expertise in PeopleSoft AR and BI modules.
• Support PeopleSoft Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions.
• Configure and maintain AR and BI modules based on business needs and financial processes.
• Troubleshoot functional issues related to billing, invoicing, payment processing, receivables, and integrations.
• Support end-to-end billing and accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Perform functional testing, support UAT, and assist with issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide user guidance.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in implementation, configuration, upgrades, enhancements, and production support, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on functional expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI) modules.
• Support PeopleSoft Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing production support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions.
• Configure and maintain AR and BI modules based on business needs and financial processes.
• Troubleshoot functional issues related to billing, invoicing, payment processing, receivables, and related integrations.

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, receivables, payment processing, and financial business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take a hands‑on approach to functional delivery.

Work Model

• Preferred: Onsite at the client's Atlanta, GA office.
• Remote: Candidates with strong AR and BI functional expertise will also be considered.
