Responsibilities

• Work with IT, Student Services, and program areas.
• Perform business analysis activities to identify needs and automation opportunities.
• Identify requirements and capabilities of the current environment.
• Develop a roadmap tying business expectations to capabilities over time.
• Present plans and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Manage assigned projects off the roadmap.
