Responsibilities

• Lead small projects with manageable risks and resources and develop detailed work plans.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and lead UAT for updates and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations with requirements, design docs, and test plans.
• Manage up to four employees for a project or system; mentor team members and monitor performance.
• Create documentation and lead architecture reviews.
• Develop estimates and capacity plans for support and projects.
• Manage operational efficiency scorecards for supported systems.
• Pursue continuous quality improvements and collaborate with vendors on roadmaps.
• Create and implement effective metrics and monitoring processes.
• Recommend improvements and apply standards for enterprise systems.

Salary: $107,000 - $159,390/ yr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead small projects with manageable risks and resources, and develop detailed work plans.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations, including requirements, technical design documents, and test plans.
• Manage up to four employees for a project or system, coach and mentor team members, and maintain team performance.

• Develop estimates and capacity plans for support and projects.
