Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of PeopleSoft technical developer experience, including at least 5 years in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Student Financials, Academic Advisement, Campus Community, Financial Aid, Admissions, and Student Records).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, responsibility, and dedication.
• Proven experience in the full lifecycle of developing, testing, and supporting applications within a PeopleSoft environment.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions at a senior level.
• Development experience in PeopleSoft, including Application Packages, Application Engine, SQR, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Web Services (REST and SOAP), PeopleCode, Security, and PeopleTools 8.56+.
• Ability to evaluate existing PeopleSoft customizations/integrations, make recommendations, and implement as needed.
• Knowledge of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions data model.
• Experience with relational databases, including proficiency with Oracle SQL.
• Ability to work with functional teams to formalize solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support production environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in systems analysis, application administration, testing, and implementation of complex systems.
• Self-motivated with a high commitment to excellence and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across technical and functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to provide expert guidance on systems analysis, design, and implementation strategies.
