Job summary
DXC Technology in Arlington, VA is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft CRM developer to design, build, and support CRM capabilities including ticket intake, case management, service requests, and workflow automation. You will integrate CRM with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, apply changes across development, test, and production, and assist with upgrades, patches, and data quality improvements.
A US citizen with an active Secret clearance is required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience
- Experience with CRM, case management, service-management, or related CRM functionality
- Strong PeopleTools and SQL skills
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience upgrading and deploying PeopleSoft components
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities for ticket intake and case management
- Build and support integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and external systems
- Design and enhance user-facing CRM screens and workflows for usability
- Support PeopleSoft CRM upgrades, patches, and retrofits
- Troubleshoot defects, integration errors, and data problems
