A client of Insight Global’s is seeking a strong PeopleSoft Consultant. This role involves creating and managing custom queries, generating reports, and ensuring accurate data retrieval from internal databases using PeopleSoft and Oracle SQL. Additionally, this position supports the organization’s need for timely and accurate reporting by leveraging specialized Oracle SQL skills. Due to frequent internal and external partner requests for reports that can only be generated using Oracle SQL, approval is being requested to engage a vendor resource to provide ongoing support for these data reporting needs. This vendor resource will help:

• Respond promptly to partner requests
• Maintain compliance and data accuracy
• Reduce operational risk

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements.
• Write and execute Oracle SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal databases.
• Create and manage custom reports for payroll and other HR functions.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft applications and database queries.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
