Job summary

Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) in Oklahoma is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Analyst I to support the Central Accounting and Reporting team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years professional experience in accounting/financial management or related work.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft or ERP financial modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to other State agencies for the GPC/AR/BI/AM/TE/AP modules and integration with other PeopleSoft modules.
• Gathers and documents business requirements from functional users and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks to meet production and project deadlines.
• Monitor and respond to help desk cases and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with the FCOE Implementation Team for Grants, Projects, Contracts, AR/BI, Asset Management, Travel and Expense, AP, and Workday initiatives.
• Assist in testing and installation of patches and changes to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and process documentation and train new users.
• Assist with report development, query creation, and data validation.
• Collaborate with PeopleSoft/Oracle teams to create and validate test scripts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Sciences or related field

1-3 years professional experience in accounting, financial management or closely related work
