Job summary

Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) in Oklahoma City is seeking a PeopleSoft Business Analyst I for the GPC/AR/BI/AM/TE/AP modules. You will support the Central Accounting and Reporting team, gather requirements, and ensure timely delivery of tasks throughout the year.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Salary is up to $68,200 with generous leave and comprehensive benefits, in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Sciences or related field.
• 1-3 years professional experience in accounting, financial management or closely related work.
• Knowledge and experience utilizing PeopleSoft Financial modules

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to other State agencies for the GPC/AR/BI/AM/TE/AP modules and support the integration of the modules to/from other PeopleSoft modules.
• Gathers and documents business requirements from functional users and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks necessary to meet production and project deadlines throughout the year and ensure the Systems are functioning properly for the end users.
• Monitors and respond to assigned help desk cases and provide timely updates to customers.
• Work with the Implementation Team to coordinate Grants, Projects, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, and other initiatives to meet documented expectations.
• Assist in testing and installation of patches, fixes, service packs or other system changes to ensure no interruptions occur as a result of an update or change.
• Troubleshoots and resolves rudimentary application and data issues.
• Assist with developing and maintaining training manuals, SOPs, process flows and distribution to user groups, and providing training to new users.
• Assist with report development, query creation, and data validation activities.
• Collaborate with PeopleSoft, Oracle, and DBA to create, update, execute, and validate test scripts.
