Job Description -

Job Title: PeopleSoft Application Administrator & Enterprise Architect

Location: Onsite Washington, DC (5 days/week)

Type: Contract (C2C or 1099)

Interviews: In-person required

Background & Credit Check: Required

Job Summary:

Senior PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Administrator and Enterprise Architect to support and manage PeopleSoft system upgrades, administration, and enterprise architecture, with a focus on performance, system integrity, and public sector solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system administration and upgrade projects
• Manage Oracle Enterprise Manager 12 setup, including database monitoring
• Provide technical leadership and performance tuning across application, database, and middleware layers
• Maintain and upgrade application servers, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and related infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in Process Schedulers, App Servers, and Application Messaging
• Optimize SQL and ensure high system availability
• Lead upgrades using PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) and conversion scripts
• Document and enforce standards and procedures for development and maintenance
  
  

Required Skills:

• 16+ years as an Enterprise Architect and leading IT projects
• 10+ years supporting and implementing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
• Deep experience with Oracle 12C/19C, RAC, OEM, and RMAN
• Experience in SQL tuning, database, and middleware optimization
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Tools 8.50+, PUM, and public sector implementations
• Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with orchestration tools and virtualization management
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DC government systems or public sector ERP
• Technical SME experience in PeopleSoft upgrades and conversions
